NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE TOWN OF OTISCO MORATORIUM ON COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Otisco, New York (the “Town”), will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 1924 Barker Street, Tully (Otisco), New York 13159, on October 12, 2026, at 7:05 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, for the purpose of considering an application submitted by CRK Properties LLC for a variance from the Town’s Local Law No. 1 of 2026Moratorium on Commercial and Industrial Construction concerning property located at 2245 Amber Road, Marietta, New York 13110, Tax Map No. 006.-01-13.2.

The applicant proposes to remodel the existing building and perform construction within its existing footprint to create a five-unit apartment building on the property. The application seeks relief from the Town’s Moratorium to permit the proposed project to proceed, subject to all other applicable approvals and requirements.

A copy of the application and supporting materials is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and may be examined during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1924 Barker Street, Tully (Otisco), New York.

At the Public Hearing, the Town Board will review the application and hear all persons interested in the subject matter. Written and oral statements will be received. Time limits may be imposed for oral statements, if necessary.
