NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGTO CONSIDER A VARIANCE APPLICATION FROM THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OFTOWN OF OTISCO LOCAL LAW NO. 7 OF 2025
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Otisco, New York (the “Town”), will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 1924 Barker Street, Tully (Otisco), New York 13159, on March 9, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, for the purpose of considering a variance application submitted by Amber Lake House, LLC (Schneid Fish Camp) seeking relief from the side yard setback requirements of Town of Otisco Local Law No. 7 of 2025 for property located at 206 Amber Beach Road, Marietta, New York, Tax Map No. 004.-01-15.1.
The application seeks a variance from the minimum ten (10) foot side yard setback requirement to permit construction of a residential dwelling as shown on plans filed with the Town.
A copy of the variance application and all supporting materials are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and may be examined during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1924 Barker Street, Tully (Otisco), New York.
At the Public Hearing, the Town Board will review the variance application and will hear all persons interested in the subject matter. All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be received. Time limits may be imposed for oral statements, if necessary.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board for March 9, 2026 will be held immediately following the conclusion of the Public Hearing, at which time the Town Board may continue its review of the variance application and take such action as it deems appropriate.
