NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONDUCT A REVIEW UNDER THE STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT (SEQRA) AND TO CONSIDER CP OTISCO ONE LLC’S APPLICATION FOR A SOLAR FARM/SOLAR POWER PLANT PERMIT FOR A PROPOSED 4.1 MW GROUND-MOUNTED SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Otisco, New York (the “Town”), will meet at the Town Hall, 1924 Barker Street, Tully (Otisco), New York 13159 on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of conducting a Public Hearing regarding CP Otisco One LLC’s (an affiliate of ClearPath Energy LLC) proposed 4.1 MW ground-mounted solar energy system on an approximately 127.17 acre parcel (Tax Map No. 007-02-6.1) located off of Lords Hill Road (NYS Route 80) in the Town under SEQRA. The Town Board is acting as Lead Agency for purposes of environmental review under SEQRA.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will also consider CP Otisco One LLC’s Solar Farm or Solar Power Plant Permit Application submitted to the Town. A copy of the Application, including the revised site plans, revised project description, revised decommissioning plan, and accompanying supporting documents submitted by the applicant are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk where they are available for public inspection and copying at the regular copying charges during normal business hours at the Town of Otisco Town Clerk’s Office at 1924 Barker Street, Tully (Otisco), New York 13159. At such Public Hearing, the Town Board will review the proposed project, the Application and its potential impacts on the environment in accordance with SEQRA Regulations and will hear all persons interested in the subject matter of the proposed project and its potential impacts on the environment. All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to, or at the Public Hearing and oral statements will be considered at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting for July 13, 2026 will be held on July 13, 2026 immediately after the conclusion of the Public Hearing to conduct the SEQRA review of CP Otisco One LLC’s proposed solar energy system.
