The following Scheule of Fees has been adopted by the Town of Otisco Town Board by Resolution and are intended to offset the cost to the Town for providing the services and processing the applications indicated below.
The Town Board reserves the right to modify this Schedule of Fees from time-to-time by further Resolution.

TOWER APPLICATION FEES
$2,500.00 payable to the Town of Otisco upon submitting a Tower Application [Plus $100.00 for publishing each Notice of Public Hearing in the Town’s Official Newspaper].
SOLAR FARM FEE
$2,500.00 payable to the Town of Otisco upon submitting a Solar Farm Application [Plus applicable SEQRA Fees, engineering and other expert consulting costs, and $100.00 for publishing each Notice of Public Hearing in the Town’s Official Newspaper].
LARGE-SCALE BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (BESS)
$10,000.00 payable to the Town of Otisco upon submitting a BESS Application [Plus applicable SEQRA Fees, engineering and other expert consulting costs, and $100.00 for publishing each Notice of Public Hearing in the Town’s Official Newspaper].
LARGE-SCALE WIND TURBINE ENERGY SYSTEM
$10,000.00 payable to the Town of Otisco upon submitting an application for a Large-Scale Wind Turbine Energy project [Plus applicable SEQRA Fees, engineering and other expert consulting costs, and $100.00 for publishing each Notice of Public Hearing in the Town’s Official Newspaper].
